Description
The cenotes of Puerto Morelos share several peculiarities; hydrogen sulphide cloud, “devil’s bells”, crustacea and depth.
Zapote cenote; named after a fruit tree that is in the surroundings. In Zapote itโs as if you start your dive in an earth funnel, and then you get into a huge bellโฆ and then you dive between hellยดs bells. You gotta see to understand!
After a surface intervalย with lunch and refreshments. We will go to Kin Ha, a nearby cenote.
Kin- Ha, it is also a deep dive. Like Zapote it has “Debilยดs bells” (but not as big) and hydrogen sulphide cloud. The highlight of this cenote is its dome with hundreds of stalacctites, some of which are submerged in the water, making the ascent more interesting.
We will dive till 30m/ 100feet.
