CASA CENOTE + TAKBI-HA, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum

Description

This cenotes are located between Tulum and Playa del Carmen.

Casa Cenote is unique, with mangroves and direct access to the sea, sometimes we can  see sea animals inside the cenote.

We will dive underneath the mangroves, the columns and walls are formed by roots.

Rock formations, on the other side known as “crack passage”.

The conditions of this cenote are very changeable, there can be strong currents, visibility can be affected by winds or rain, we can change cenote if the conditions are not optimal the day of the dive.

Maximum depth 7m/ 23 feet, we dive for 45 min approx.

Good position and buoyancy are recommended for this dive. Since there is a lot of sediment.

Takbi – Ha is a shallow cavern, with crystal clear waters, it has many interesting fossils, there are ascents and descents.

Sometimes there is little distance between the ceiling and the floor, good technique is required.

Takbi – Ha is not so popular for divers, but it has beautiful whitish formations. The maximum depth is 5m/ 15 feet, we will dive calmly, and we will do the tour in about 45 min.

(good snorkeling can be done if you are accompanied by non-divers).
