CASA CENOTE + TAKBILUM, golden cavern

Description

Casa Cenote is unique, with mangroves and direct access to the sea, sometimes we can even see sea animals inside the cenote.

We will dive underneath the mangroves, where columns and walls formed by roots.

Rock formations, on the side of the passage known as “crack passage”.

The conditions of this cenote are very changeable, there can be strong currents, visibility can be affected by winds or rain, we can change cenote if the conditions are not optimal the day of the dive.

Maximum depth 7m/ 23 feet, we dive for 45 min approx.

Good position and buoyancy are recommended for this dive. Since there is a lot of sediment.

Takbi-lum is a golden and dark cavern, with little depth, it has very different and interesting formations.

Is wide, its entrance is immense and a large tree is the main attraction, with many stalactites in its dome, and bats.

The maximum depth is 6m/ 20 feet, we will dive quietly, and we will do the tour in about 45 min. Good technique is required.

For a single diver the extra cost is 500 MXN.
