REFRESH IN CENOTE EDEN
The cenote Eden/ cavern Ponderosa
It has an open part, for diving exercises. Perfect for a Refresh.
In the second dive you can enter the cavern, as long as the Instructor believes that you are ready.
From Cenote Eden you cross through a large subway room to Cenote Corral, takes 10 minutes.
If the light is adequate there is an incredible curtain of light, halocline, and many fossils can be seen.

Description
Ponderosa is 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen, in the vicinity of Puerto Aventuras.
The cenote Eden is open part, for diving exercises. Perfect for a Refresh.
Your Dive Instructor will remind you of diving procedures, first in a brief theory class and then in practice.
It will show you the required exercises and you will have to repeat them. From there, if your instructor thinks you are ready, you will be able to enter the cavern.
Dive in Ponderosa cavern:
Through a wide subway connection, takes 10 mins to arrive to Cenote Corral, in this opening we will be surprised by a long curtain of light, perfect for underwater photography.
At the end of the line, we will turn around, return to a shallower depth, where you can enjoy the halocline, and take a close look at small fossils embedded in the wall.
The maximum depth is 14 m/ 42 feet, the whole trip is done in about 50 min.
